Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is herbal, grassy, some floral and mild earthy tones. Flavour is herbal, grassy, some mild earthy and floral tones with mild bretty elements. Quite interesting, though should most likely not be bretty, considering the beer style.

--Canned,from Systembolaget. -- Clear golden, rich lively head. Bretty yeasty nose. Dry with light body and clean, hard mouthfeel. Spicy grass, minerals and bretty yeast. Resinous extremely bitter finish with bretty tartness. Reminds me why I've stopped buying beers from this brewery.

Bottle. A lightly see-through chestnut colored beer with a small beige head. The aroma is of the malty kind, bread, nuts and toffee, with a touch of fruityness. It's quite dry on the palate, full to medium bodied and nicely carbonated, with a gentle bitterness. Malty flavor too, bread, nuts, toffee and some dark dried fruit. Some piney hints towards the lasting quite dry finish. A really pleasant one, well suited for Christmas too I think. 241201

Flaska från SB drucken med ölföreningen. Mycket skum, lätt jästig som en zwickl men lätt som en pilsner, trevligt humle, drickvänlig och god.
