Description
Brouwerij Avereest is een jonge brouwerij met de ambitie om verschillende brouwers, met ieder zijn eigen stijl, te laten samenwerken. Iedere brouwer heeft zijn eigen stijl en smaakvoorkeur. Dat maakt de brouwer en zijn bier uniek. Boven in de brouwerij hebben we een gezellig proeflokaal waar onze bieren allemaal geproefd kunnen worden.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is spicy with coriander, clove, yeast, malt, some fruity notes including orange, lightly a hint of vegetable. Flavour is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Passable Tripel.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is spicy yeast with malt, candy sugar, clove, touch of caramel. Flavour is fairly sweet with a light bitterness. Body is medium, mild sticky texture. Bland malty/spicy Belgian Ale.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is brown and dark malt with caramel, raisins, touch of red fruits, yeast, mild roast. Flavour is sweet with a light to moderate bitterness. Body is medium. Decent for the style, just a bit sweet for my taste.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is malty with notes of caramel, floral-ish noble hops, Flavour is a bit sweetish with a moderate hoppy bitterness. Body is almost medium. Drinkable English Ale.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is very spicy with sweet malt, caramel, herbs, some liquorice root, notes of dried fruits. Very sweet flavour, bit cloying and sticky. Above medium body. Too spicy and cloying for me.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is dried fruits, dark malt, caramel, notes of dried red fruits, figs, brown sugar, a little alcohol. Flavour is rather sweet, a bit sticky. Body is above medium. Lots of sweet dried fruits and sugary notes. Not bad per se, but lacks the yeasty nuances of a good Quad.

Bottle from a local bottleshop. Aroma is piney and fruity hop with malt, citrus, pine resin, notes of green berries, some caramel, ripe-ish fruits, tangerine, touch of fruit marmalade. Flavour is sweetish with a long bitter finish. Medium body, slightly sticky. Strong bittersweet flavour, plenty of ripe fruits with malt and pine, not bad.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Caramalt aroma with a subtle smoked tone. Mild spicy with died fruits, moderate sweet. Medium body. Not bad.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Old skool Amarillo hop profile with malt, caramel, some spicy notes, pine resin, notes of ripe orange. Fruit marmalade. Flavour is sweetish with a reasonably bitter finish. Body is medium. Bittersweet and malty with ripe fruity/piney hops.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is chalky and roasty with cocoa, some fruity notes, burnt malt, some caramel. Flavour is pretty bitter with low sweetness. Medium body. Roasted and burnt malt, bitter and chalky, with some surprising fruity notes. Nice.
