He did a new version which was brewed on THURSDAY, and I had it Saturday. Really green but it's actually kinda finished. Around 1%, as it's meant to be what the Goslar people drank all day every day. As a Goslar resident I was quite thrilled to try it.

Tap @ Carnivale Brettanomyces. Pale blonde. Vinous, funky bretty aroma. Moderately sour flavor, vinous with tannines.

Wow that colour is smacking. Unclear pink orange. Nose is phenomenal. Peachy grape. Taste is wild grape. Sweet grapes. Sour acidic bretty.👌
