16oz can from arminjewell pours a muddy, dark orange on the verge of amber with some soapy, lacing white head. Nose has mango, guava, some, tangerine, some green vanilla, a little apricot. Flavor is sweet with vanilla and oats, guava and mango, apricot, orange, a little honey comb, mild candy. Finishes a touch tannic, a little paper, and a little booze.

On tap at Hopcat A2. Pours a cloudy orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has lots of grass and pine notes with a bit of grapefruit underlying. Flavor has a bit of a citrus bite but it is mainly pine bitterness with some grass backing.

Draft at the source. Good, fresh citrus aroma. Slightly malty with nicely balanced hop a and bitterness. Smooth drinking for the high ABV.

Draft. Ugly yellow. Taste didn’t make me a fan, either. I think something was wrong with this. It had a sour taste. Interestingly, though, my wife thought it was okay so she finished it.
