dark amber colour, moderate sized ecru head; aroma and taste of hoppy (intensive bitterness in the taste), roasted nutty, rye bready, orange peel oils, grapefruity, dried pomelo peel and hints of honey notes; the best one among the 3 beers in the serie.

hazy grey-ish golden colour, one inch of dense off-white head; aroma of grapefruity, some lemon zesty, tropical fruity and slight piney notes; hoppy taste with similar notes to the aroma and some slight roasted sunflower seeds, as well as rye bready notes; refreshing one

opalescent pale golden colour, minimal ecru-ish off-white head; aroma of some lemony, floral, grainy, minimal herbal and swear notes; taste of herbal-hoppy bitterness, some fruity, citrusy and bread crusty notes; easily drinkable and refreshing; nothing really special, but still correct one

Drinking it and sharing it with my wife, yesterday, at the beerart festival, Lausanne, Sauvabelin A bit boozy, medium light body, dry, malty, bready, rather good bitterness for this lager/pils, citrus, perfect to start the night.
