A pleasant old fashioned hoppy brew.

Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, lactic sweetness, chocolate, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts and bitterness. Good. Not too sweet.

On tap at Villi Wäinö, pours a cloudy golden with a large white head. Aroma has plenty of allium, citrus hops, and bready malt. Flavour has plenty of citrusy hops, allium, and light bready notes. Not too chalky, just a strange hop expression. Meh.

On tap at Juova, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out some piney hops, earthiness, and soft bready malt. Flavour is dry and bitter, with earthy bitterness, light pine, and crisp biscuity malt. Not a great hop expression. Okay.
