Description
What if you could combine the flavors of your favorite beers? Or better yet, brew entirely new beers based on your own ideas and imagination? With this idea in mind, Thijs and Erik started homebrewing a few years ago. We also strive to capture all the flavors in our beers from malt, hops, and yeast. The step to commercialize this and share it with the world was taken in 2020.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Dark malt with soft Cognac, caramel, raisins, touch of liquorice root. Medium sweet, light bitter with a little alcohol in the finish. Not bad.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Soft peaty aroma with malt, whiskey, some spicy yeasty notes, hint of stewed fruit. Moderate sweet and lightly bitter. Medium body. Works better than I expected.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Light sourish with fruity and yeasty notes, citrus, lemon. Light bitter, bit sourish flavour. Medium body. Refreshing but lacks finesse.
