On tap at Projet Pilote. Pours clear gold with a white head. Resin, pine, and attenuated malts on the nose. Flavour has a nice bitter piney bite, resin, and an attenuated biscuit malt base. Apparently this was intended as a barley wine, but failed to reach the desired ABV. I'm content.

On tap at Projet Pilote. Pours clear deep gold with a white head. Woody pine and resins on the nose. Flavour is bitter and resinous, biting pine, and a chewy malt base. Not the cleanest hop expression, but still pretty decent.

On tap at Projet Pilote. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Slightly acidic and floral nose. Flavour has soggy crackers, light citrus peels, and the long distant memory of smoke. This is not a grodziskie.
