The beers they create are to be enjoyed on site, straight from the tank. They are relatively light in alcohol but full of character (terrible like us!), some fruity, others bitter or tangy, some permanent and some ephemeral, to be discovered over the weeks and seasons, through the encounters and inspiration of Fred and Paul!

Bottle pour @ Biere a Lille 2025. First beer of the festival. Pours a clear burnished amber, off-white head. Sharp wild side with fantastic red wine nuances.. almost sherbetty like Brett. Excellent.

Clear pale red appearance with fluffy head. Aroma and flavour have some jammy red fruit notes. Floral. Mildly sweet, sour and bitter. Interesting.

Blond colour with light haze and thin soapy head. Although not unpleasant it is really weak flavoured and watery. Slightly grainy. Slightly sweet.

Hazy golden colour with thin head. It's got a strong malty base and a decidedly West Coast piney, resinous hop profile. Nice full texture.
