Bottle. Clear yellow, white mousse flashes away. Aroma of somewhat acidic apples, passionfruit, honeysuckle, a hint of cheesy funk. A fair bit of body with lowish carbonation. Tastes as it smells with a little wood at the end. Dryish with some acidity, a hint of bitterness. No overt alcohol but has presence. Good.
