75cl bottle. Misty golden yellow pour. Tastes a little waxy, subtle cheese.. dry sharp apple fruit drifting in on the finish. Naturally fermented feel, initially seems like an acquired taste but does become more likeable as you journey through.

1.5l magnum to celebrate the start of our Summer. Bought at the cider farm. Lovely cidre this, soft rustic side without being overbearing, gentle coarse barrel notes, natural apple fruit.. great balance.. very enjoyable, glad we got a big bottle.

75cl bottle from the producer. Pours a hazed gold, high carbonation. When trying this with the brewer he added an amount of sugar to each glass before pouring and said he recommended to bring out the violet. However, I added standard castor sugar this time and it foamed everywhere! Not getting much violet, though it is there in the distance, comes across very dry overall, rustic, a little woody, light tannin. Ok.
