750ml bottle. Leftover from the previous day tasting at Alex's, hehe. Pours a clear pale golden with no head. Aroma is loads of dry pears, nice. Taste is medium sweet with pear notes. Good one.

Pleasant sweet pear notes. Clear gold with a small head. Pear and apple with nice sweetness and a long finish. Very pear forward with a touch of acidity.

Oxford Tasting, corked bottle
Light yellow colour, very small bubbly head. Strong aroma, stewed pears. Light sweetness, it highlights the pear juice notes, mild acidity, lightly astringent in the finish.
Pleasant.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is a bit phenolic, with crisp pears, champagne funk, and pepper. Flavour has a lot of pear cores, with champagne yeast, some funk, and light pepper. Lots of pear core. Pleasant stuff.

Light gold. Light toasty notes, and with a clean, bright pear notes. On the palate, dry and with an abundant pear note, with a nice bit of tartness, and a hint of earthy, leathery notes. Good, complex, and dry. Solid.

Pours a clear pale gold from a bottle. Nice sweet pear aroma, a little cream soda. Sweet but not mouth-coating, would be nice served with some blue cheese. Very good perry.

Pours a nice clear dark gold from a bottle. Big apple aroma, smells dry. Flavor is not quite dry, somewhat sweet but not sickly. Good cider.

750 ml bottle from Yamaya. Nice fresh apple nose, juicy, light spice. Sweet flavor, nice fruit, a bit of candy and perfume. Very simple and juice-like but ok.

Bottle at home found myself at Trader Joe’s unfortunately but grabbed some perry cuz why not. Rich gold pour light bubbles. nose is sweet pears and hay. Tastes of pear, white grape, apples, hay, residual sugar. Refreshing lightly sweet chewy mouthfeel.

C&C 750 mL bottle from Trader Joe's Brookfield. Clear golden, large fizzy white head, fair retention. Aroma of dry pear, some sweet pear notes, apple. Taste is pear juice, apple juice, grape skins (almost tannic), a hint of vanilla. Medium bodied, lingering tartness. Damn good for a $5 750.
