Description
Produced in the rural hamlet of Hickling Pastures, we carefully manage our 70 year old Orchard to produce natural craft cider the way nature intended, with no pesticides so the bees and wildlife can enjoy it too. Using unsprayed fruit at the peak of ripeness, we hand press all our fruit and naturally ferment the juice using only the wild yeasts found on the apple skins for a more complex flavour.

Our award winning Sipping Hare Cider is made exclusively from Dessert apple fruit for a big apple flavour and a crisp fresh mouth feel.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fleshy. Taste is sweetish, appley, toffee & caramel, fruity, with some tartness and malic acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying crisp appley finish. Quite drinkable

9/10/2025. From BIAB at the 2025 Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival. Nice pour. Very appley, drying tannic notes. Quite sweet with a very nice tart finish. Liked it.
