Stor takk til Brynes Omsorgsleveranser for denne 0,33 buteljen. Velfortjent avkobling hjemme i godstolen etter to uker i Bergen: lett uklar dyp gylden med fint og svært stabilt gardinskum. Furunål/einer, karamell og noen bitre urter. Avslutningen oppleves tørr (og piney, som en engelskmann ville sagt).

Bottle, from trade with Bryne. Malt driven, with a nice fruityness and some piney hops. A bit harsh bitterness in the finish. Some candy hints too in the finish. Not my choice of Christmas beer, but I guess it will work well with some lighter dishes. 646412 260118

YG. amber color with a beige head. Aroma and flavor is yeast, caramel, bread, butterscotch. Bitter finish.

Bottle, from trade with Bryne. Looks good in the glass, but there's quite a lot of diacetyl and some oxidation going on. Might be due to the bottling process and approx three weeks of storage, as I see the raters before me don't mention that. Besides that, it's a fruity, refreshing beer with a nice maltyness in the back, and a decent bitterness. Full body. A nice first encounter. 646413 251207
