Bottle, 2.9%. Hazy yellow colour. Big stable white head. The flavour starts off with a little banana, turning watery. There is a little yeast flavour. Dry finish, not very interesting. Has a sour hint as well.

Bright, chestnut colour. Full toffee nose with brown sugar, sugar tart...big doppelbock aromas! Fairly light bodied but sweet and alcoholic. Toffee, brown sugar, even panela. Balanced, there’s a little alcohol to cut through the sugars.

Hazy orange-amber. Rustic yeasty-bready aroma with a bit of toastiness. Earthy, cookieish malt with more spritz than I’d probably prefer. This detracts from the body and malt sugars, especially in the finish.
