*Nice and refreshing Helles. Not much bitterness, grain with sweetish hints but round and good. Fresh stiff and easy to drink with still having depth.

*Nice and typical Lager. Easy to drink with hints of grain and a moderate sweetness. Not mich bitterness there, round and smooth.

Bottle looks simple but okay. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts mild, malty, more and more yeasty and dry. Some soapy notes. Finish still mild, dry-yeasty, a bit moldy. Not my favourite.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. Wheaty, modest spicy. Finish again milder, almost a bit washy. But still okay.

Hell getreidiger Antrunk. Leicht würzig, angenehme Herbe. Erstaunlich vollmundig, nicht unrund, nur geringe Entzugsnoten. Süßlich bitterer Nachhall. 11/8/8/7/8/8

Bottle shared by a group of men in Colin’s hotel room during the Bamberg Jolly of 2014. Pours clear, pale yellow with a foamy white head. Sweet with simple, cheap cereal, slight bitter hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, pretty well balanced, with more cereal and faint hay. Nice and easygoing.

Rötlichbraunes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig, röstmalzig, Karamell. Geschmack sehr malzig, fruchtig, hopfig, leicht alkoholisch.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, leicht würzig. Geschmack sehr fruchtig, hefig, leicht würzig.
