(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Ungstrup. Hazy, orangey brown with a beige head. Fresh, citrusy nose. Medium-bodied, sweetish, fruity, roasted malt with a lightly burned edge and some vitamin-like notes. The finish is dry. Has absolutely nothing to do with a Stout. 150807

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Ungstrup. Hazy, amber golden with a basically absent, off-white head. Lightly sweetish caramel nose. Quite full-bodied, sweetish malts and caramel before a subdued bitterness. 150807

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy deep orange to brown with a lacing head. Slight bitter hoppy and malty aroma. Slight bubblegum and bitter flavour. Minor sweet note, mouldy: yeasty and slight spiced. Strange.

50 cL bottle, thanks to Maria for making all current Ugelris beers available to us. Pours hazy brown with a lacing white head. Slight caramel sweet aroma, roasted and chocolate. Nice bitter and grape hoppy blending in with a roasted malt and chocolate and liqourice. Dry finish and quite hoppy, very nice.

Hazy blond color. Very nice aroma, both hoppy (Saaz?) and lemony. Light mouthfeel, with some malt flavor, again, the pleasant citrusy touch; dry, with a well hopped final, with Central Europe hop aromas. A bit rough, and maybe unprofessional, with traces of yeast, but thirstquenching and very pleasant.

Muddy pale yellow color. Horrible plastic and yeast aroma. Some malt flavor spoiled by the strongest yeast ever, and too much bitterness. Disgusting.

Cloudy brown color with a nice creamy head. A beer based on the caramel, with a yeast that I don’t like, and nothing special. Too simple.
