Plastic bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks Tom L. Clear amber-brown. Roasted bread, rye bread, caramel, cookie, sweet, slightly sourish. Easy-drinking.

1.5L PET bottle. Pours clear amber with moderate fizzy head. Bad retention. Nose: sticky cocoa, caramel, rye malts, dried fruit. Light to medium body. Taste: not as sweet as the aroma would predict. Bread, chocolate, caramel, dried apples and pears. Some fruity sourness. Hollow ending.

Clear amber colour. Moderate airy head. Low retention. Aroma: massive caramel, fruit jam, dried fruut, some rye malts, tiny lactic acid hint. Light to medium body. Taste: medium to heavy sweet, sugary. Dominant caramel. Fruit candy. Treacle ending. Only a hint of sourness is unable to balance that bombastic, almost sticky sugars.

150cl PET from supermarket at Solaris, Tallinn. Pours clear brown with a rather short lived beige head. Malty aroma with notes of dark bread, dark dried fruits and hints of sour berries and caramel. Sweet and bready as expected, slightly more acidic, but fairly drinkable. Rather thin and watery and feels more like a bread soda. Not the best kvass I’ve tried, but fair enough.
