Mild herber Antrunk, geringfügig süße Getreidigkeit. Süffig, wenig aromatisch. Hell, mild, zum Ende allerdings voller wedend, wenig herber, dafür deutlich getreidiger. Simples trinkbares Helles. 10/8/8/10/8/9

Bottle (kindly delivered by Quack-Duck!): Deep golden, cloudy, mid-sized white head with a little lace, bubble-gum and cooked vegetables in the nose, not much wheat detectable; sweetish flavour, sticky MF; shorter sweetish-grainy finish. Not good, not at all...

Beep golden and cloudy, small white head with some pink spots, sweetish grainy-toasty nose; mild and light sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied; short sweetish-caramelly finish. Not convincing at all....

bottle from the brewery. Hazy brown colour, large off-white head. Caramel, roasetd malts and dark honey, slightly yeasty perhaps. Well rounded with some shy but aromatic hops. Smooth palate.

Draught at the brewery.Hazy dark golden colour with large white head.Strong fruity taste of banana and melon,really fresh taste and well balanced,maybe the best Dunkel weizen in Germany ?.

Draugt at the brewery.Mahoney brown colour with medium head.Aroma of toffee caramel,nuts and fruity of dried fruits and wood,nice and well balanced with good full body.

Thanks to quack-duck for that bottle. Looks good. Beer in the glass light yellow, nice head. Starts mild, fine malty-yeasty, not too dry. Finish well balanced, dry background. Quite drinkable. Not bad!
