Leicht herber, etwas süßlich-grasiger Antrunk. Test vom 21.12.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,10,11,10,7,11 - 10,10

Leicht herber, lecker malzig-getreidiger Antrunk, leicht süß, passend. Test vom 19.12.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,10,11,10,8,10 - 10,15

(330ml bottle) Clear pale golden colour with a foamy white medium head. Herbal hoppy and sweet malty, slightly doughy aroma with a tinge of grass. Bittersweet flavour, almost medium bodied, well-carbonated, fresh mouthfeel. Moderately sweet malty taste with herbal hops right from the start, getting more and more drier towards the medium bitter finish. Clean, fresh and decent Pilsener.

Quite dry malty and nutty taste, slightly toasted, slightly grainy and hoppy, light bodied, crisp mouthfeel; dry and slim, light-bitter but elegant and aromatic finish with shy but present hops.
