330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly bready malty and minimally doughy yeasty aroma, hints of brioche. Taste is minimally bready, pale malty, mildly bitter hoppy and minimally doughy yeasty, hints of cereals, corn flakes, crisp bread, a touch of brioche; slightly and minimally mineral finish without substance.
Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Rather typical NA beer, not too doughy though - acceptable.

Can. Clear gold with the usual three finger. Seems German beers have similar sized foamy heads. Taste and aroma well balanced with a slight lean to the malty grains side.

330ml bottle. Clear golden pour, big white head. Aroma is grainy, grassy, lots of cereals and pale malts. Low bitterness, nice cereal finish, refreshing, a nice quaff.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine medio-fini, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, biscotto, pane cotto di recente, un accenno di resinoso e agrumi.

Optisch kupferfarben und weitestgehend klar. Die nussbraune, feinporige Schaumkrone wirkt flaumig-stabil und sehr gut haltbar. Im Duft karamellig malzig mit einer Charakteristik von schwarzem Tee (Eistee) mit Zitrone und Pfirsich. Im Hintergrund zart heuig/kräuterig. Der Antrunk kommt feinrezent, leicht süßlich, karamellig bis leicht röstig malzig, leicht fruchtig, schwarzteeartig und leicht trocken herb. Im Mund zeigt sich ein Körper mit angenehmer Fülle, feiner Rezenz, seidiger Textur und leichter Süße. Auf Zunge und Gaumen nimmt man süßlich-herbe, dunkelkaramellige bis leicht röstige Malznoten. Dazu weiterhin die schwarzteeartigen, leicht herben Akzente, die sich aber mit einer leichten Fruchtigkeit von gelbem Steinobst vermischen. Die sehr zart trocken-heuig-kräuterige Hopfennote ist kaum präsent, sorgt aber für die nötige Ausgewogenheit. Das Gesamtbild erscheint trotz seiner Leichtigkeit zumindest aromatisch recht voluminös und vielseitig. Die Drinkability scheint mir für einen Bock als absolut okay zu sein. Man nimmt eher kleinere Schlucke, aber das durchaus gerne. Der Nachtrunk hält mit der bereits erwähnten Aromatik sehr gut und lange an und wandelt sich langsam in die bereits erwähnte Schwarzteenoten, die auch mit einer angenehmen Herbe und scheinbar leicht belegenden Tanninen aufwarten können.
Mein Fazit: Es könnte sein, dass dieser Regimentsbock, da er eine doch schon etwas längere Lagerdauer hinter sich hat, leicht oxidative Ansätze angenommen hat. Das darf man bei so einem Bier aber nichtmal als schlimm empfinden, sondern muss festhalten, dass es sich eher im Anfangsstadium eines Reifeprozesses befindet. Alles in Allem vielleicht nicht supergeil, aber schon ganz gut.

Bottle picked up from Globus Plattling (Kalea mixed pack of 12) and consumed at home cooking Tagliatelle Bolognese whilst listening to ByteFM. Pours clear warm gold, excellent clarity, white head. Soft mouthfeel, there is a nice bite here, some background bitterness, a little bit of biscuit, hoppiness is subtle but I like it.

Feinporige, stabile Schaumkrone, goldene Farbe, in der Nase blumiger Hopfen und helles Malz, im Mund trocken, sehr schlanker Körper, dezent hopfig und leicht malzig, präsente Hopfenbittere im Nachtrunk. Von den fruchtigen Aromahopfensorten merke ich nichts. Insgesamt etwas eindimensional, aber solide.
