Pint on tap at Basement Brewhouse, Bankstown. Very faint grainy nose. Pale amber beer with thin white head. Medium carbonation. Full-bodied with a smooth texture. Flavour has some fruit, some grain, some malt. It's all there. I love the malt profile of this beer. It's a quality lager.

Pint on tap at brewery. Golden amber beer with thin film of suds on top. Low carbonation. Hoppy nose, flat mouthfeel. There’s a dry bitterness in the flavour with some caramel in the background. Everything is in its right place but it’s all a little uninspiring.

Pint on tap at Basement Brewhouse. Pours a pale yellow with a thin white head. Light carbonation. Faint fruity nose, some grain too. Light body, chalky texture. Medium sweet fruit sherbet finish with a hint of minerals in the background. Light, refreshing ale. This is a good Kölsch.

Pint on tap at Basement Brewhouse, Bankstown. Dark brown beer with thin lasting white head. Faint malt nose. Light body, flat mouthfeel. Laces well.Mostly malt flavour with slight hop note in the finish. Drinks super easy. Reminiscent of an old-school English bitter albeit with a higher ABV. Nothing amazing but nothing wrong either.

Hazy pale amber ale with thin film on top. Yeasty, funky nose. Sweaty socks, cheese, over-ripe fruit and wood shavings. Chalky, fizzy in the mouth. Fruity, malty finish. Easy to drink and interesting. Superior quaffer.

Pint on tap at brewery. Amber beer with a collection of sudsy bubbles on top. Lightly carbonated. Distant citric nose, maybe a touch of pine. Full-bodied, flat mouthfeel. Nice subdued bitterness makes this a cleansing ale. Solid if unspectacular APA with a finish of tangerine notes over a malt background. No hop monster but well made.

Pint on tap at brewery. Pale amber beer with thin white film on top. Low carbonation. Full-bodied and malty. Finish has some fruit and more malt. Hops only assert themselves right at the end. Enjoyable, easy-drinking but subdued with none of the graininess I expect in a Pils.
