Warwik Bryghus er et lille mikrobryggeri i Vestylland, næmere bestemt Varde. Bryghusets navn Warwik kan spores helt tilbage til 1100 tallet og er det oprindelige navn for Varde by.

Bottle. Not as bad as feared after reading former ratings. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber nice colour. Moderate malty aroma, with light citric notes. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Oily palate.

(Bottle, thanks to larsniclas and rlgk!) Clear dark brown color, tan head. Very sour and acidic lambic like scent. Sour lactic taste, metallic aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Infected?

Bottle. Clear medium brown color with a small, fizzy, virtually none, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sour, roasted, light to moderate yeasty, yeast, bade microbrew. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and light acidic sour with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. :o( (091007)

Dark brown colour almost black,with a fluffy head.Taste is slight rosted and spicey with a bit sour flavor.Not the best Schwarz beer in the world i guess.
