Warwik Bryghus er et lille mikrobryggeri i Vestylland, næmere bestemt Varde. Bryghusets navn Warwik kan spores helt tilbage til 1100 tallet og er det oprindelige navn for Varde by.

RB #700. 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a diminishing head. Aroma is maly, yeasty and spiced. Fullbodied, heavy carbonation. Flavour is yeasty, spiced, malty and slight sweet. Finish light dry with presence of alcohol. Decent brew, but far from the best triples.

Draught at KØ07. Weak spicy flavour with a hint of anis. Brown colour, almost no head. A bit like a slightly caramelly pils with anis added.

Draught at KØ07. Cloudy copper colour, almost no head. Good hop aroma, fruity and slightly buttery. Very nice hop flavour, but thin mouthfeel.

Draught at KØ07. Roasted chocolate aroma. Dark brown colour, very small creamy light brown head. The flavour is also roasted, a little earthy. Sweet roasted aftertaste. Slightly thin mouthfeel. Does not taste like it has a high ABV. 7 3 7 3 15 Bottle, 6.1%. Roasted, and buttery aroma, some rustic barnyard notes. Clear dark brown colour. Big, fairly stable, tan head. The flavour also has some butter and barnyard. Slightly citric. 6 3 6 3 14

Bottle, 5.1% at KØ07. Hazy pale yellow colour. Good stable white head. The flavour has some bitterness, a little rough and sour. Not spicy or with coriander or citrus or the like.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours golden orange. Aroma is flowery hoppy and slight sweet. Hoppy floral flavour, slight citric to sour with notes of spices (coriander?). Finish is bitter dry.

CBF07 sample from 75 cL bottle. Pours blac with a little head. Aroma is malty and liqourice. Flavour is roasted malt and strong bitter coffee. Finish is dry coffee. Very nice and straight forward porter.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours amber to brown with a good white head. Aroma is dry malty. Flavour is caramel malt with floral hops whiff on top. Dry finish.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours deep amber with a good light brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel and a fruity note (yeasty). Flavour is also very malty, minor chocolate notes and fruity/dried berries. Medium sweetness throughout.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours brown/amber deep, inviting appearance. Aroma of aroma-hops and sweet malt, some coffee. Flavour of sweet malt and dry coffee with a nice bitterness in the finish.
