Bottle. Yeast aroma. Very cloudy milky yellow colour. Very small head. The flavour is quite yeasty as well. A little citrus, too. And more yeast in the aftertaste.

Dark muddy brown color, small beige head. Chocolaty, lightly spicey and caramelly nose. Woody, herbal, cold coffee flavor. Without vegetably flavors this would be quite tasty.

Bottled (from crackedkettle.com). Deep amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is coffee, caramel and mild roasted notes. Flavour is old coffee, spices, some dry dark fruits and also gives a slight alcoholic burn in the finish.

Bottled (BB 11/2007)
Muddy nut brown color, no head. Sourish fruity nose with hints of chestnut aroma. Papery, plum soup flavor with traces of sourness (infection). Short, tart finish. Similar to some low-end Belgi abbey dubbels.

Bottle: Poured a pale color with white head. The aroma was a bit skunky and pungent. The taste has a somewhat metallic, but seems quite ballanced overall.

Dark red-brown colour, unclear, with a tan head. Aroma is sour. Flavour is sour as well, with some spices. Not too well.

Bottle, 7.5%. Citric, spicy, slightly raggy aroma. Dark golden colour, small floaties. Small lacy white head. The flavour is also citric, from the hops it seems. Some bitterness, a little unpleasant. The hops seem overdone.

Tasted as windotter tripel: Unclear gold/amber with creamy white head & good lacings. Sweet yeasty taste. Some spices. Dont like the sweet taste.. Body is close to thin! OK!
