Bottled, thanks fonefan! Hazy deep golden, coarse head. Fruity canteloupe aroma. Mid dry with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Some salt and tropical fruit from hops, lightly phenolic. Light salty bitterness. Tastes more like a French blonde ale than a genuine pilsener.

Bottle, 5.0%. Distinct coriander aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour has a little coriander as well. Rough maltiness. OK apart from the rough note.

Bottle. An unclear yellowish golden beer with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. The aroma is flowery, with citrusy fruityness, pale malts and spiced hint. The flavor has mostly fruityness, not so very banana-ish, mostly it’s a fruityness like the one you find in a can of tropical fruits. Medium body, decent carbonation. Not a very succesful weissbier. 120218

Bottle, 9.3%. Roasted and slightly spicy aroma. Good spicy hop flavour. Very dark brown colour, seems clear but with some small floating bits of yeast. Good and sweet roasted beer.
