My x-mas beer no 40.2011.Hazy amber colour with light budy,mild spicey with taste of yeast and hops,feels watery and thin with wheak body and short finish.

Hazy orange with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is Sweet, malty, caramel, yeasty and moderate hoppy - peach and citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. A positive surprise from Bøllingsø. 051211

Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Muddy brown colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Roast more than esters and spice. Light bitter and sweet nice spicey flavor. Average light bitter cinnamon and coriander notes. Average finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle 500ml.Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, herbs, moderate yeasty, coriander, spicy, cheese, soap, sharp, metalic. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, sharp, coriander. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111102]

Bottle @ Early Winter Tasting, Odense, 2011. Pours clear dark amber with a bubbly off white head. Roasted and fruity nose. A bit of dust and ashes. Chocolate, fruit and roast. Bitter roasted end. Medium bodied. A bit boozy.

Black with a small tan head. Aroma of chocolate, raisin, licorice and some spice. Sweet licorice and sugar flavour with roasted notes, and a slightly ashy finish. A bit yeasty homebrew feel to it

Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a average to long duration, wet hay, sour malt - dust, malty, hay. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy.
