Ausbalancierter intensiver Malzantrunk, hell und hefig. Die Kräuternoten sind ansprechend wenn auch mild, mit der Zeit wird das Bier herber. Zum Ende auch alkohollastiger, schwerer, bananig. Süß, passend herb. Gut! 10/11/11/10/7/11

Mild gehopfter Antrunk, der dafür aber fruchtige Noten bereithält. Dezent herb, trocken, harzig. Weniug süß, der Hopfen kann im Mittelteil ein wenig zulegen. Vollmundiges Ende, hier ist die hopfig-süß-herbe Mischung gelungen. Zitrusnoten, dann blumig. 9/11/11/10/8/11

Cremiger Malzantrunk, in dem röstige und herbe Aromen vorhanden sind. Während das Malz allenfalls konstant bleibt steigt die Herbe an, die Röstigkeit verschdinet und führt ein Nischendasein, immerhin ist sie aber dauerhaft erkennbar. Ausgewogen aber recht trocken zum Ende, hier gleitet das Bier schnell aus, zeigt zum Ende aber noch einmal bittere und trockene Röstnoten. 12/10/10/9/8/9

clody brown, small white head. sweet flowery aorma, slightly malty ad sweet fruity. flavor is malty, slight herbal but well balanced, tasty. nice frity tinge.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, May 2011. Trade with Papsø. Pours cloudy amber with a small creamy white head. Sweet and fruity with a touch of caramel and mild spices. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Yeasty notes present. Moderate bitter flavor. Lacks fruity esters but some are present. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice beer.
