75cl bottle from Santez Anna, whilst making mince pies. Pours a clear gold, great effervescence producing a foamy greeting on the lips. Wonderfully fresh vibrant character, gentle apple crunch, balanced fruity flesh, light tannin.. not hugely complex but brilliantly zesty and fresh. Great cidre.
