Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin lazing white head, but a beutiful label with a wild boar. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, eggs, and minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of eggs, straw, malt, and hay, leading to a dry egg-like finish. Thanks KimJohansen for sharing.

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Pale malty aroma with notes of sour dough, barnyard and herbal, slightly grassy hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy carbonation. Soft pale malty taste with pronounced herbal hoppy notes, lingering into the dry and moderately bitter finish. bottle from Bierzwerg, ABV 5.2%. Hazy amber-golden colour, large white head. Friuity nose. Wheaty and yeasty, smooth mouthfeel which is underlined by the fruityness.

Swing-top bottle. Creamy/sour barley malt and grassy hops aroma. Golden yellow color with large, long-lasting off-white head and moderate effervescence. Creamy barley malt and moderate green grass hops flavor. Nicely blended and good body. An excellent beer - very hoppy for a German beer.
