Drank a full 750ml myself during dinner for my brothers bachelor party. pours clear with semi sweet aromas. tastes of coconut, lemon, vanilla, rice, with some alcohol warming.

Clear as water. Aroma is sweet, rice, artificial apple and Hubba Bubba apple chewing gum, that I used to eat as a kid. Flavor is quite sweet. Quite sweet finish with burning alcohol. 140412

Bottle. There’s some color in this one, but it ain’t much. Flat. Alcoholic, papery nose with some lemon notes. Some air helps, but it’s still not the most pleasant sake I’ve had. The flavor is pretty much the same, too alcoholic. Medium to thin mouthfeel, slightly papery. Lemon, some milk and rice in the end. As mentioned, too alcoholic. 100814

Bottle. There’s some color in this one, but just a hint. It pours oily and flat. Way too alcoholic on the nose, fruity and ricey, but not very pleasant. The flavor is a bit raw, very alcoholic, with a nice rice flavor. Some papery notes too. Medium body, warming. Lasting finish which is too warming. Overall, too warming, else quite decent. 100813

Bottle at home ... different looking bottle ... though i have one that looks like image ... milky clowdy ... very rice water ... little light hint of pineapple ... sweet front ... again pineapple ... little coconut ... light rice linger ... little alcohol in finish ... pretty decent this one ... ok for the 3rd time tonight im going to up tthe score 3.6 -> 3.8 -> 4.0 ... im really enjoying the milkyness of this one with the pineapple tones

WE had had a great meal, some crackign sake. and just as we were about to leave got handed this. Was totally thrown. Didnt know what was going on, but if they had to hand me a sake ive had before, this is it. Its a stunnign juicy fruit ... light fruit 4.1
