Sweet, fruity, estery. Booze, rice. Full body, bit junmai rice, nice balance. Not special, tasty. Doesn’t really taste like a daigin, though.

Fresh, fruity, rich aroma, with milk and caramel, melon. Quite complex. Rather thick and rich appearance. Lots of alcohol in the mouth, plus citrus, pears, pepper, a touch of metal. Rather lighter in the mouth than expected, even watery. Clean finish.
