Poured from the bottle at the 2013 Westin Miyako Kyoto Sake Festa. Very lightly cloudy with light effervescence. Sweet and creamy, with vanilla and a nice acidic balance. Very fresh. Lovely.

Aroma of chalk, peaches, spice, wood, ginjo-ka. Clean, fragrant. Oily, shiny. Sweet flavor, peaches, saw dust, spices. Full, creamy mouth. Tasty and smooth. very nice, full bodied Daijinjo at a good price. This comes in a series of local craft sakes for for 500 yen (300ml) at supermarkets.
