Taster at Jam. Nose of orange, fruity, acidic, lemon. Great, creamy acid nose, a bit lactic. Acidiy is 3, so it’s huge. Wow, what a surprise! Light but creamy body, huge acidty and citrus, comes close to a gin lime in some ways. Original, excellent sake.

Clear colour. The alcohol shines through in the aroma. Some rice behind it all. Flavour is a bit of alcohol, rice.
