Bottle pour at Raisu, pours a clear blonde. Aroma is vinous and somewhat perfumey, with a floral white wine character and some booze. Flavour is very lightly sweet, with lychee, a touch of stone fruit, and floral notes. Gentle alcohol, but nice bold flavours. Very good.

720 ml bottle from Liquor Mountain. Clear, bight, shiny. Bright fruit nose, lots of citrus, apple, stone fruit, spice, koji. Flavor is bright, crisp, sharp, super fruity, mildly sweet, spicy. Huge fruit flavors. Lovely stuff. Crisp, light finish.

Bottle pour at Asano. Lightly hazy, not thick or opaque. Nose is apple, some booze and acetone, pineapple. Creamy, light. Not as nice as the others.

Glass at Asano Umeda. Slightly yellowish pour. Nose is apple, acid, light yogurt. Smooth, round apple and pear flavor, creamy.

Taster at Jam. Diacetyl in the nose, strangely enough, with some caramel and apples and some alcohol burn. Yellowish tint. Flavor is tart apples and just a touch of diacetyl. Strange and interesting, would like that diacetyl gone.

Taster at Jam. Yellow tint. Lovely spicy, acidic yamahai nose. Great acidity and funk flavor, some yogurt and sharp fruits. Oily, silky and wonderful palate. Simply great.
