Description
Our company motto is "Japanese sake brewed in harmony". Our brewers have inherited the techniques handed down from the time of the company's founding and support each other in our efforts to create good sake.
We have two breweries, "Dewazuru Brewery" and "Kariho Brewery," and we are particular about the water and sake rice we use for brewing. Most of the local rice used for sake brewing is grown by the brewery staff, and the rice is milled in-house.

Bottle, 30cl, at RBNAG -09. Courtesy of Gr0ve. A clear, colorless drink. Alcohol, papery rice, some fruityness and unripe banana on the nose. The flavor is very ricey, with the same unripe banana-like fruityness. Alcohol warmth down the throat, medium body fullness. A sort of decent sake, but not my choice for a drink on its own. 091107
