300 ml bottle. Shocked I have never rated anything from this brewer. Clear and icy. Nose is pears, apples, citrus, rice, touch of cedar. Flavor is medium sweet, slightly creamy, cedar and woody notes, spicy, fruity. Definitely much better than your average Futsu sake. Makes sense that is uses Hyakumangoku rice only and is polished to 58%. Definitely a top tier Futsi-shu. Quite pleasant and characterful, actually.
