Glass at Asano. Icy, clear. Fruity nose, rice, koji, light peach. Sweet and fruity fice flavor, peach, melon, great fruit. full body. Good stuff.

Glass at Asano. Dry, dusty nose, some koji. Soft and silky body, light. Too sweet, rather one dimensional. Weird body too.

Taster at Jam. ricey nose, caramel and mizu-ame, and just a touch of smoke in there as well. Interesting. Sweet, peppery, flavor with hot alcohol burn. Tasty. Good, strong junmai.
