720 ml bottle from Yamamoto. Rich sweet ripe fruits nose, rice, light ginjo -ka, spicy. Dry and light, crisp, very nice ripe fruit, Asian pear, some tropical fruit and light vanilla notes. Smooth and full, fruity and decently summery although just a bit boozy.

300 ml bottle. Warm fruity nose, oranges, apricots, rice. Oily, viscous, clear. A bit boozy in the mougth, rich rice, stone fruit, some candy. Too much of a shochu-like booziness.

300 ml bottle. Fruity, spicy ginjoka nose, peach, rice, koji. Nice. Shiny, slightly oily, clear. Sweet up front, with cherry, rice candy, grape, a bit of alcohol burn. Very fruity and tasty, ending dry and a bit hot. Nice.
Rather light, somewhat oily.

300 ml bottle. Clear, light appearance. Fruity, citrus aroma, with ginjo-ka, spice, some wood and pepper. Light, rounded flavor, rice, sweet fruit, alcohol. Good balance, tending towards the dry.. Light, crisp palate. Very easy drinking and enjoyable.
