180 mlo at Sakaneko. 2017 bottle but kept cold the whole time. Slightly yellow tint, oil. Fabulously rich and fruity, stone fruit, dried apricots, spicy koji. So smooth and edgeless with no oxidation or koshu qualities. Wonderful.

Taster at Jam. Rounded and less fruity than the Omachi version. Esters, melon, light spice. Good, but more austere and slightly less impressive.
