Glass at Jam. Very nice and big aroma of strawberry, plus grapefruit. Very crisp and floral, finishing quite dry. I like a karakuchi that is this fruity and floral before drying out.

Taster at Jam. Oily appearance, thick. Light fruit and spice nose. Full fruity flavor, rich and thick, melon, mango, funky koji, peppper, alcohol. Great stewed fruits. Good stuff.
