Big citrus aroma and flavor from the citrons. Slight alcohol warmth, little sake flavor but you know it is there. Very nicely sour with a bit of sweetness. Great summer cocktail.

Reddish pink color. Strawberry aroma. Nice enough strawberry flavor, though a bit watery. Smooth fleshy palate. Interesting, but it doesn’t work as well as their mango and yuzu sakes.

Huge mango aroma. Yellow-orange color. Thick and meaty fruit in the palate. Great fresh mango flavor. Well, it doesn’t taste much like sake, but it is very nice. Great summer cocktail.

Aroma of alcohol, clearn perfume, ginjoka. Flavor is sweet, fruity and spicy, with peach and berries. Smooth and full. Nice.

Spicy nose with sawdust and ginjoka, some rice. Flavors of pepper, cherry and sweet orange, saw dust, a bit of koji. Full and complex. Great stuff.
