Bottle pour at Matsugasaki. Seems this \"Concept Workers Selection\" is distributor choosing sake from different breweries. Pours a medium yellow. Lactic acid nose, apple, vanilla, yogurt. Dry and acidic flavor, creamy, crisp, rather light in body. A relatively mild yamahai but good.
