720 ml bottle. Nose of rice, light funky koji. Clear and oily looking. Hot and boozy--to be expected I guess, with flavors of rice and fruits. Decent but too strong.

300 ml bottle, chilled at home. Clear, slightly oily and icy looking. Fruity, slightly dusty and herbal nose, peach, persimmon.
Sweet and fruity, with herbs and a bit of hot alcohol. Peppery in the finish. Rather light but quite flavorful and refreshing. Rounded and fruity. Not all that original, but nice stuff.

Taster at Plus Sake. Clear, shiny, a bit oily. Nose of rice, pilaf, butter. Clean umami flavor, butter, sweet nice dessert, creamy, estery, nicely fruity.
