Ein sehr schön abgestimmtes Schwarzbier, in der Nase malzig mit deutlicher Röstmalzaromatik, dazu leicht hopfig, im Mund relativ schlank, eine leichte Süße die durch die Hopfenbittere gut gepuffert wird, viel Schokolade, aromatisch und leicht röstmalzig.

Gemischtporige, mäßig stabile Schaumkrone; in der Nase süßlich, Rosinen, Trockenfrüchte, malzig, blumiger Hopfen; im Geschmack ebenfalls mit deutlicher Süße, malzig, mittlerer Körper, hopfig und fruchtig im Nachtrunk. Schönes, aromatisches Festbier, für meinen Geschmack nur etwas zu süß.

Bottle. Big dark malt aroma with caramel, dark bread, a touch of dried fruit and chocolate. About medium sweet and light bitter. Good body, it's practically a Doppel.

A slightly hazy deep golden beer with a white head. Aroma of spicy hops, cereals, biscuit malt. Taste of biscuit malt, some cereals, moderate spicy bitterness.
