Cup at Kunitaya. Yellow. Nose of rice, peaches, apples. Light, fruity flavor, smooth and full, rather sweet. Nothing special but nice enough.

720 ml bottle. Fragrant aroma of rice, spices, melon and pear, also just a bit dusty. Nice. Rich, spicy flavor, nice acidity, lemon, grapefruit efen! Very spicy and interesting, wood as well. Wow, the kimoto character is shining through on this one! A bit of hot alcohol as well, and well, it is genshu. Nice stuff.

Aroma: woody, spices, soap. Flavor of rubbing alcohol, fruity with citrus.
Light, thin body, slightly soapy. Easy drinking but uninteresting and disappointing, really.
