Bottle at home from True Sake, 10 koshu style, hell yea. Fairly clear pour slight yellow tinge. Nose is ripe apple and banana. Tastes of banana (a sake first for me) Fuji apples, pear, caramel. Not too sweet (sense may be dulled due to current state of beer world). Some peppery tones on finish. Creamy mouthfeel only hint of brandy style alcohol lingers.

Bottle pour. Rich rice nose, stone fruits, spices. Rich sweet rice flavor, big fruits, full body. Nice.

Glass at Sioriya. Slightly hazy, icy. Over ripe prea and apple nose. Sweet and juicy, pear, peach, crisp. A little on the sweet side, very fruity, soft and silky. Quite lovely.

720 ml bottle. Pours slightly yellowish and oily. Slightly funky nose, rice, koji, over-ripe grape. Smooth, velvety, sweet and rounded, nicely fruity with grapes, pears, vanilla, koji. Great smooth body, prickly finish. Nice.

Taster at Jam. Ice, clear. Rich fruit nose, slightly estery, sweet and fruity flavor. Nice peppery finish. Decent and tasty though not so special.

720 ml bottle from Yamamoto. Chilled. Fresh, clean nose, fruity, alcohol, light citrus fruits. Oily and clear. Spicy, fruity, licorice and lemon flavors. Peppery, with some alcohol along with rice and koji. Lemons and oranges too. Somewhat gin-like, actually, with some sweet rice. Smooth but light body. Lightly sweet, noticeable acid for good overall balance. Interesting, pretty good.
