Bottle at home from True Sake. Yellowish tinge to it. Nose is anise and florals. Tastes heavily of licorice to start but that softens, then you get plenty of florals, melon, almond. Smooth palate. Barrels notice you are enjoying alcohol.

Taster from the Aeon Pet Bottle. Quite hazy and watery looking. Rice nose that is a bit tired and dull. Slightly sweet, with a touch of citrus, rice. Dry finish. Nice light fruitiness but boring.
