bottle. Nose of strawberries, apple, honey. Sweet apple and strawberry flavors. Crisp, dry finish. The flower yeast from the dianthus works well to make a fruity, flowery, unique sake.

720ml bottle. Aroma of rice, Koji, lots of alcohol too. Some pepper and dust. Not special nose. Looks somewhat oily, like glycerine. Slightly sweet, spicy flavor, big alcohol burn, pepper, a bit of fruit like peaches, much better than the simple nose. Smooth, rounded mouth. Nice flavor, though strong tasting genshu. It goes well with my plate of Japanese pickles.
