Kawaba Village in Gunma Prefecture, located in the headwaters of the Tone River, is a sake brewery that produces two brands of sake, "Mizubasho" and "Tanigawadake," under the motto of "brewing clean sake that expresses the natural beauty of the local area".

Sake flight at Ten. Clear. Nose is floral, licorice, rice. Flavor is boozy rice, licorice, coconut.
